If you prefer to skip walk and talk counseling altogether and meet indoors for your sessions, this is indeed an option. Meetings will take place in my Belmont office and can certainly allow for the outdoors at a later time if you so desire. I often encourage a little movement at the start of the session just to loosen up and increase the mind-body connection. We do have access to the studio space where I lead my movement and dance groups. If you want to incorporate more movement into the session, that is also possible.
